I have paid my bill for this month and next payment spouse to be on 30th . But I have upgrade the contract with new phone with your offer and I am going to pay £27.99 for that one . But I just saw your email that I am due to pay another £30.53. For month only sim which has been upgraded.  It's not fare because why I will pay for extra month for sim only monthly contract and i could leave when I want . I have upgraded with no extra cost and  now I am frustrated with your service. My phone number for ID mobile is
