regiater second sim

I already had a sim only but I’ve just added another, it won’t let me add it to my account and I keep being told I need to register but it won’t let me register it as it just logs me into the account I already have. It also won’t let me set up the direct debit for the sim I already had but had put the new sim on DD. I try talk on live chat and I’m just getting nowhere 😩 anyone help please 🙏

At what stage does it fail? Are you able to take a screenshot of the error you get? (Blocking out any personal info)

 

You should be able to click the button to add another iD Mobile number, enter the details and done.

Perhaps you could create a new account with a different login for the unregistered SIM.

I used Messenger to talk to iD Mobile last evening, responded to three or four of my messages in good time and sorted for me. Give Messenger a try.

Hi @Bamb 

 

While logged into an existing app account on the new app you should be able to add another plan into it, have you tried this?
