Registering phone number on new app

I have gone through registration process for new app up to the point where I register my phone number and at this point the system says there is a problem and not working so I cannot access my online account. PLEASE ADVISE

I’m sorry to hear this, have you tried resetting the apps cache and storage and trying again?
