Registration Problem

I am trying to register but it says my details are not recognised. I have tried both the new and transferred number but nothing works. I know my surname and dob! I tried spelling name in capitals but nothing works.

How do I access the live chat?

Looking at the system, it looks like your number was successfully linked to an iD Mobile app account on the 12th July. Can you confirm this?

My registration does not recognise my name date of birth and new Id number can I speak to a person
