I've toggled the option in my account but still cannot access, I've also checked Google account setting

Have you disabled adult content on your iD Mobile account?

If it’s still showing as disabled please check that there isn’t a filter in your settings on the handset.

You can reset your network settings and try using your services again and it should work.
