How do I remove voicemail

Hi there ​@Connor96 

Via the online account portal or the iDM App.

Tap on Plan → scroll down and tap on Manage your iD services → toggle Voicemail to off (off has a grey background behind the white dot) → scroll down and tap Save.

Give it a minimum of 10 minutes and restart the phone as a just in case.
