I got a new phone and ever since not one of the replacement sims will work. I have tried 6 eSims and tonight a physical sim and neither work. I have been in contact with your team on live chat 7 times over they’re yet to resolve this I've repeatedly said there must be something wrong with the account but they have all been admit that nothing is wrong with the actual account.This is ridiculous and no one seems to know how to resolve it and iam now 4 days on with no service
