replacement esim hasnt arrived

Had problems with the port and deleted eSIM to get again. Requested a new eSIM and after 3 hours. Still no email, currently got no service. 
 

please advise

Hi, still problems after porting, eSIM is not working no service etc; requested a new one late last night, not received. Tried with support and they wanted to send a physical sim which will take too long, said too any eSIM requests are on my account and unable to stop them, I’m getting really frustrated now as this is now Day 3 with nothing 

 

please can this get resolved today or else I’ll have to leave.

Can you not pop in to a local Curry’s store? You can pick up a replacement SIM in store at no cost to you.

Went to curry’s. Got a replacement SIM card and when I try and activate it as a replacement says it’s already activated ?!?

Tried going back to Live chat and now that doesn't;t work, this has to be one of the worst networks I have ever used in my life, currently 3 days of no service

Go into your settings and enable the enable the VOLTE sim it should work? Cos I was having the same problem and soon as I done that everything went back to normal.

Hi ​@jb68  I am very sorry for the trouble you have been having.

We had experienced an outage with our partners at Three, which may have explained the problems you had been facing? We are very sorry about any inconvenience caused, but this has all been resolved now. Have you tried a reboot of your handset? Do you have VoLTE enabled?

Hi,

 

finally got it resolved today, however I can’t see the promised credits on my account. Supposed to be £14 + one week for no service too
