Replacement SIM card via Live Chat


The “system” say just ask live chat and they will send out a replacement SIM card as mine appears potentially faulty.

If only it was that simple, been sent round in circles at least 4 times. Unable to get to a Currys store any time soon. 

Any idea what to do next other than tell them to shove their contract which would be a shame as up til now (5 years plus) all has worked well

Help!!

If you type “talk to a person” on iD Live Chat, you should get through to an iD adviser, @Trevflstn

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - their chatbot works 24/7.
