Replacement SIM Not Activated After 2 Days


I recently returned from holiday, during which I lost my SIM card abroad. Upon returning, I visited Currys and picked up a replacement SIM. I followed the registration steps, and the notification indicated my SIM would be active within 30 minutes. However, it has now been over two days and my SIM is still not working.

After multiple attempts, I finally managed to speak with an ID Mobile chat agent, but they were unable to access my account due to ongoing external technical issues on your side.

Could someone please assist me in getting my replacement SIM activated as soon as possible? I urgently need mobile service restored.

Speak to live chat again, those technical issues have now been resolved.

I’ve been trying to get through to the Live Chat team again today. After filling in all the required information, the chatbot just responds with:
“I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.”

I really need help getting this replacement SIM up and running. Could you please assist or escalate this to someone who can help resolve it?

I’m still waiting for support with getting my replacement SIM activated, and I’ve had no success reaching the Live Chat team. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t had any service since picking up the replacement SIM from Currys.

Can you please let me know how long it’s going to take to get this resolved? To be honest, it’s turning into a bit of a joke now, and I’m seriously considering switching to another provider if this isn’t sorted soon.

I’d really appreciate it if this could be escalated to someone who can fix the issue promptly.
