restarting sevice

I have had some payments overdue and payed the outstanding amount yet I am not able to make phone calls . Could you please help me to restart my service

Sorry to hear this, as suggested by @WelshPaul services are typically reinstated within 24 hours (sometimes as quick as an hour), are you still having issues with this?

    Service should be restored automatically within 24 hours of cleared payment. Are you still without service? If yes, speak to a live chat agent using the link below:
