Restricted Accont = Restricted Access To Help

I have recently had my pay date changed from me d month to end of month m aning I now get paid after by ID mobile payment is due. As a result my service has been restricted. Text message provides number to ring to discuss yet I cannot ring as my account has been restricted. What can I do/where can I go for help with this if I cannot call.fromy phone?

Hey there ​@thebotnotton, sorry to hear that.

 

If your payment is due and services restricted, then you’ll need to make a payment manually via the iD Mobile app/website when logged in, or call our automated payment phone-line.

 

If you cannt call the payment line from your own SIM/phone, please borrow someone else’s whose not using an iD Mobile SIM card, and you can make payment there.
