Hi,

will I be able to retain the old phone and use a different network after I upgrade new phone

If you’re moving to another network, you’ll be able to request a PAC code from your old provider and give it to your new provider, which will begin the process in moving your number across.

I’ve tried to retain my old phone number but it keeps saying there is an error, even after putting the correct information in, please help

Please ensure you’re using an in-date PAC code, and transaction code beginning with 4.
