I bought a new iphone and swapped the SIM card and my phone will not receive texts and is not on FaceTime.

I went back to the Apple Store and they checked it and said the phone is fine and it is a problem with the SIM card not being activated correctly.

i went to Curry’s who checked it out and gave me a new SIM card and told me to insert it and then go through the activation process which I did over 20 hours ago and I am still not connected.

The new SIM card, now in phone, 25323017214

Have you tried resetting your network settings?

 

Have you also restarted the phone with the SIM card inside?
