Roam Beyond

Hi, my son is currently in France but travelling back through Switzerland.  If I add a Roam Beyond for 1 day 2GB, will his phone get notification when/if the 2GB runs out and can he top up from the phone without the passowrd etc. Thanks

It should show as a separate add on on his account and any data used on a Swiss roaming network would come out of the 2GB allowance rather than his standard allowance.
