Sorry to hear this, as long as you’re connected to our Spanish roaming partners (Yoigo & Movistar) you’ll be able to use your texts and calls while there.
What happens when you try to make a call?
How is data?
Have you tried manually connecting to the above network(s) instead of automatic network selection?
