My roaming saying I am in turkey and will charge but I am in Greece which is free, how do I change this?

Make sure you are connected to a Greece network provider. 
HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORGANIZATION S.A. (OTE S.A.), Wind Hellas or Vodafone Greece. Do a manual search on the phone rather than using automatic network selection.
