Probably best to ask iD Mobile for a refund,
The iD Roam Beyond data add-on product seems somewhat problematic for many customers, judging by posts in this forum.
If you’ve got a dual-SIM and eSIM capable phone, maybe get a data-only eSIM with a travel plan for Australia instead. I used a data-only travel eSIM from GoMoWorld when I visited Australia.
