Roaming Advice

I am with ID mobile and have been for years. my partner is looking to join on a 1 month contract. Can he use his roaming in Greece with this plan? Or is it only 12/24 month contracts that include roaming?

Afternoon @Laura Gregory. There’s no difference in our Roaming proposition across our 1, 12 & 24 month Pay Monthly SIMs. Greece is a Roam Free Destination, for more information, click here.

it is very difficult to ask a question on this platform.

Fair Data Usage Abroad

Having used my IDMobile sim for the first time I received an email an email stating I had used 80% of my data.

i wrongly assumed I would be advised again should I exceed the 100% of data but I did not.

During the past week I have not had the facility to use calls via WhatsApp of accessing my bank accounts etc. The only way I could do this would obviously be possible whilst using free WiFi.

I would have thought IDMobile could include an ongoing record of my ‘Fair Usage Allowance’ on the IDMobile App so I would have an up to date count down of my ‘FUA’.

i consider IDMobile missing an opportunity to ensure all customers using data abroad know exactly what their data facility is at any time. Come on IDM please consider this suggestion and help your customers manage their data better.
