Hi, can i use roaming in Ukraine now?
I am currently in Ukraine. Could you please let me to know if i can use my data as if I was back in the UK.

+20On checking the roaming information Ukraine is not included in the roam free countries and you will be charged as per below.

Thank you, I can see this now as well. However, when I signed up for the contract a year ago, I specifically checked, and calls to and from Ukraine were free. Since I frequently visit Ukraine, this was an important factor in choosing ID Mobile.
Now, with these changes, I may need to switch to another provider, even though my contract is for two years.
Could you please clarify if there are any options available to keep the previous terms or mitigate these charges?
+20It was free upto at least 3 months ago but not 100% sure it still is.
