I have paid for a 5 day roaming add on but I am getting a message stating I have exceeded my cap when trying to make a voice call. I have paid an additional £60 to my account

    Hi ​@Sean908,

     

    When you're using iD Mobile in the USA, calls are charged on a pay-as-you-go roaming rate unless a roaming add-on is in place.

     

    Please note that the roaming add-ons are data only, they do not include calls or texts.

     

    The standard charges are as follows:

    Making calls: £1.50 per minute
    Receiving calls: £1.50 per minute
    Sending texts: £0.60 per text
    Receiving texts: Free
    Data: £9.60 per MB (if not using a data add-on)

     

    These charges will apply unless you have a specific roaming bundle that includes those services.

     

    We’d also strongly recommend ensuring your bill cap is set appropriately, as this helps prevent any unexpected out-of-plan usage while abroad.

     

    You can check or change your bill cap in the iD Mobile app or online account by going to:

    • Bills > Manage Bill Cap
