If you don’t have the ability to enable VoLTE, then this might be due to using an unlocked phone from another network

if i have full internet 4g VoLTE I must have it?.

So you have a setting on your phone which states something along the lines of VoLTE for SIM and this is enabled?

What phone are you using ​@Bob Bridge?

I have a moto g7 plus I have looked  on phone network and the 4G is ticked, but no joy ,internet perfect, so I have put the SIM in my S22, all works fine, so have ordered a galaxy A25 coming today to replace the moto, so hopefully it will work in that phone. thanks Bob.

According to iD’s compatibility list the G7 Plus isn’t one that would work!

The N/A means that phone doesn’t have VoLTE or WiFi calling functionality. Its the lack of VoLTE that’s caused the issue.

So by upgrading (as you’ve said) you should finally put your issues to bed.
