Thanks for the reply..i know the sim works iv had it 6 months...may I ask why not..or why don't ID support the watch...I really rate the network and had no issues. my partner purchased the watch upon reading info it work on most networks..isn't iD 3 network and they support it…

This has really upset me that your network is dragging behide..

Hey there ​@Baz666, to put it simply, it’s just not something we offer or support I’m afraid.

Only in the past year have we recently introduced eSIM’s to our network, so naturally, it may be the next step we take in the future. But I cannot guarantee that’ll be the case, or when it’d be I’m afraid.

We’re always looking to improve, so it’s certainly a possibility in the future, but no idea as or when it’ll happen.
