Safe search

I see a number of posts surrounding safe search being forced on by id. I note I'd keep stating it's not them and they are not aware of any issues. Clearly there are issues from the posts. How have people resolved this?

Safe search is forced on in Google. It won't let me turn off as blocked by administrator. This shows only when using id mobile data. If I use WiFi which is through a different supplier I have no issues.

I've tried turning off the setting in I'd and waiting much longer than the 10 minutes but still no change.

Hello @VGB & @Brava199

Try ensuring that the Adult Content Filter off via the Plan section of the account then Manage your iD Services.

Power down the handset fully and wait 10 minutes. You can also try removing the SIM card to be sure to force a new connection to the network.

Then power up the handset and re-insert the SIM after waiting 10-minutes. This should re-connect to the network and have the content filter off.

Assuming the content filter was turned OFF, then you should be able to access services now.

Can you also clarify, with the filter off, is it just Google search results impacted? Or can you also not access other adult content?

Well it's done it again! Shows as safe search off in my settings but blocked from numerous sites again. Still seeing posts about it but Id still saying it's not an issue. Come on, sort it out!
