I’m on sim only plan I wanted to buy a device plan using u switch and wanted to keep my current number. But they said same network switching is not available, how do I transfer my old number to new ones?

Unfortunately
Port out the number you want to keep, to another mobile network, and then port it back to iD Mobile for your new SIM only plan.

Unfortunately as suggested, porting directly from an iD Mobile plan to another iD Mobile plan isn’t possible.
