Got a new Samsung 23 but it keeps dropping out of home WiFi continuously. Any ideas on how to resolve

Hi @Paula Feeney,

Welcome to the Community!

Does it connect to other Wi-Fi networks fine?

Are you able to test another device on the Wi-Fi Network?

If the issue is only with your handset, the handset may be faulty.

The new phone is my daughter's. Her old phone with same SIM connects to WiFi and so does mine with no issues. I think it may be the handset. I believe I need to take it to currys

I have the same problem.I am with Sky and their network now shows Saved/Disabled on my mobile.It's fine on all other devices in the house.I think the problem may be the phone is trying to switch to the default network for ID Mobile.It's trying to sign me into EE WI-FI  for instance.I am not sure if that's a back up network forID mobile to switch to when the network signal is weak.Try turning off 4G Calling and switch your router to 2.5 instead of 5kHz that might help

@Michael Calvert -

I’d suggest a NETWORK SETTINGS RESET to resolve your issue. Thanks.
