Samsung have not fulfilled their cashback reward after purchasing a new handset. The window for payment, as stated in their own T&Cs, has long since expired and 'track your reward" has just frozen on "processing". Emails and calls to Samsung have been fruitless. The ASA and Trading Standards are now involved. Anyone else having this kind of problem?

I’m sorry to hear this, we’d recommend contacting Samsung about their own cashback offers.
