Samsung Buds 3 Product Anyone got a Safety issue?

Just contacted Citizens Advice Bureau to make a referral to my local Trading Standards, for Product Safety issue with Samsung Galaxy Buds 3, that I received on promotion, when getting a new contract.    

The product was giving me ear pain, with a charge on my lobe, more so with noise cancelling.  My head also got a shooting pain and my ears sore.  I contacted Samsung and got an email of a list of questions.  If anyone is having similar problems, contact Citizens Advice to make a referral to your local Trading Standards.  Someone maybe in touch to test the buds from Trading Standards, depending on whether it is a wider issue than an isolated one.
