Is the Samsung Galaxy A10 compatible with 4G? I have one and can no longer make calls. I have been through all of the suggested steps on the ID Mobile website. I’m assuming I’ll need to get a new phone.

Yes, the SG A10 (2019) is compatible with 4G/VoLTE and is an approved handset on the iD Mobile Network https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/approved-handsets
Do you see a ‘Toggle’ to turn on VoLTE and see ‘LTE’ (NOT 4G) under ‘Network Mode’ ( Settings/ Connections/ Mobile Networks)?
Have you performed a Software update (Settings/ Software Update)?
What is under the ‘Service provider SW ver.’ (Settings/ About phone/ Software information) on your phone? Should look something like this…

Hi I have a samsung s10s I have tried setting to lte unable to get any help from id network just told its not supported but a10 are.ti talk o samsong tec suport who said it was but may need a new slim card your service provider should provide free yo existing customer's vote with your feet will do.i bought a cheap a14 g4/5 for 113 . Living in a remote area I need a reliable and honost service provider .my old phone a5,a10,a10s have gone to good homes .thank to sansung tech suport pete
