Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Whatsapp Calls

When I receive whatsapp calls on my SF24 FE I only hear the ringing but the screen doesnot illuminate or show the receiver keys.  I have to press the whatsapp icon to see and receive the call.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

This does either appear to be a handset or WhatsApp issue.

    Hello. 

    I've got brand New S24 Ultra. I  love the phone. But comes with a small problem. The microphone cuts off during conversation wherever I open any other app than WhatsApp. Any ideas  ??? Please help me to solve this problem.

    I’m sorry to hear that, do you mean you’re on a call and then when you open an app whilst on the call, the microphone cuts?

     

    Does this happen everywhere you are whilst on a call or just in a certain location(s)?
