Samsung s25 free tablet. Sent model not valid for the promo

Has anyone had this issue claiming the free tablet with their Samsung phone when id phone sends an s25 with a model number not listed on the eligible phone list?

The model we received was sm-s931b/ds. The sales page on id mobiles said "includes buds 3 pro + claim galaxy tab a9" when we contacted support, they tried to gaslight me into thinking it was only the buds that you got until I showed them a screenshot of the offer.

What website is that? Do you have a link? I can’t find any info on such offer.

It was on id mobile. I can't see it on the site anymore, I can't even see one that comes with buds3 pro but I have the box right next to me. I will do some digging.

Edit:

Yeah. I can't find the offer I took, but it was definitely through id mobile. Also the offers that are there now all offer a free tablet.

They are advertising the deal over on the Carphone Warehouse website, so it definitely does exist.

Hi @Falney

Kindly be advised that you will need to make a separate claim for the tablet, as it does not come with the phone.

Step 2:

Claims must be submitted by 25/03/2026 23:59 at https://samsungoffers.claims/carphonewarehousedeals

If the purchase is returned, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ must also be returned

We tried to claim it through the Samsung claim page but this phone model is the sm-s931b/ds, the dual Sim version, and is not listed on the eligible phone list on the claim site.

Hi @Falney

Thank you for letting me know.

When you purchased the phone, did it show the yellow promotional banner indicating that the tablet and Buds 3 Pro were included as gifts?

Also, if you try to submit a claim for the Buds, do you experience the same issue? I understand your main query is regarding the tablet, but I just want to check whether the phone may also be showing as ineligible for the Buds.

The buds came with the phone. When we ordered the phone, the offer was "includes buds3 pro + claim galaxy tab a9+"

When I contacted support they tried to convince me that it was only the buds included in the offer. At the time there was no offer with only buds listed on the store page and now there is no offer including buds on the store page. Only the tablet.

My issue is resolved.

It's a problem on samsungs side, all models are accepted, it's just this model was missed off the list.

Their response says to select any model, submit the evidence including the imei, it will be reviewed and the imei checked then the tablet sent.

Why they don't just have the options, s25, s25 edge and a25 instead of a list of about 16-20 different model numbers I don't know.

Thanks for the help.
