As above, when I try to make a call it says I’ve reached my capped limit but I have unlimited calls on my plan. Live chat not working. Need phone urgently and can’t find contact number.

I have unlimited calls, yet I needed to make several calls to mobiles and personal landlines and I got a message saying I had reached my cap. Wasn’t aware I had a cap. Didn’t set a cap that I know of. Can you please investigate? Caroline

What numbers are you trying to call? Have you checked that they aren’t chargeable.
You have unlimited minutes to all UK mobile numbers and landlines.

I have the same issue. No co tactnumber for I'd. No customer services i was stuck without a ohine this is a joke
