As above, when I try to make a call it says I’ve reached my capped limit but I have unlimited calls on my plan. Live chat not working. Need phone urgently and can’t find contact number.

There isn’t an iD telephone support helpline,
Have you tried chatting to iD support via their social media pages?
Send a private message to iD on Facebook Messenger, or use X (formerly Twitter) to send a DM.
