Hello 

On the last 2 bills I have additional charges for premium messaging even if I did not use any of these services. No number or any info on the bill. Whats going on ID ?

Are you receiving any texts? If so and these are premium rate that would explain the charges.

 

You can turn off the premium function either via your online account or iD app → Plan → Manage iD serivces → Premium and toggle this off and click Save

I'd mobile have sent me a sim I cannot even activate , they will not cancel the contract, they are impossible to contact, and expect me to pay the bill. 
 

watch out for this scam. I've had my sim over a week now and absolute zero help despite talking to an agent through chat for hours on end to zero result. 
 

they get you to sign a contract 

promise you the sim will come reactivated 

when it arrives you find the sim not to be working 

you go to the activate page 

tells you to download their app and sign up 

then you do so put in your details 

they then ask for a six security number to be sent to your inactive id mobile number 

then they expect you to somehow receive that number but you can't because the card is inactive 

then you look around the site for ages trying to find a contact button 

you finally find a chat sectio

an agent drags you through the whole process again

and then tells you there's nothing they can do for you 

Then you receive a bill 

what cheek 

I want out
