On the last 2 bills I have additional charges for premium messaging even if I did not use any of these services. No number or any info on the bill. Whats going on ID ?

Are you receiving any texts? If so and these are premium rate that would explain the charges.
You can turn off the premium function either via your online account or iD app → Plan → Manage iD serivces → Premium and toggle this off and click Save
