Hello, thank you so much for your quick reply.  It appeared as a voicemail message, with red button

notification on voicemail icon.  The message itself was unusual in that it did not display in usual voicemail format.

In the end after a few hrs trying to sort problem, I went into my account at ID mobile and unckecked

the box for allowing voicemail messages.  Then in phone settings I disabled the red badge notification

button. I then restarted Iphone,  then completed a systems update.  Voicemail still would not delete. Red

button gone.

This morning checked phone and voicemail gone!

It would have been so easy to have  touched the call link on the voice mail and could have been malware,

phishing scam or ID theft.  It was very suspicious.  Hope this helps anyone who experiences anything

similar.

I have switched my voicemail back on.

Best regards, Uma

Hi @Uma

Thank you for getting in touch.

Very sorry to hear this has happened.

To understand this a little better, can you please confirm how you received this? Was it a text message or have you received a message via voicemail?

Thanks,

Nat
