why can’t I send a text message to a “number” to make a charitable donation?

    Hello @eric,

     

    These type of texts are considered permium SMS messages.

    Have you:

    • Ensured that the spend cap is set high enough to allow this to send
    • Turned OFF the Premium messaging BAR?

    If you’ve done both and still cannot send the text, please confirm the number you are trying to text so we can look into this for you.
