Hi there,

I wonder if I can get something clarified. My mother is a different mobile provider to me.

I have always sent her a message, as it's part of my data allowance. I'm reluctant to send a voice message, as I'm under the impression that I'm charged to do this.  Am I right?

If I make a voice message at home to my mum, with my internet and 4G off, am I charged?

If I make a voice message out the home, on my 4G, am I charged?

Sorry if it sounds silly, I just want to check.

Thank you

PS It says I have unlimited minutes, is that for voicemail?
