Hello I am really struggling to get a signal in shops etc this had been going on for a while and it us not great 

 

Can anybody please help thanks

Hi @Tracey Hale 

We are sorry to hear this. Do you experience the singal issues when at home? Or is it only when you are out shopping? Usually when in supermarkets, the singal can vary due to the big metal framed buildings. The result is that a metal box or cage can effectively block all electromagnetic signals from outside.

Maybe try doing a network reset...

What phone do you have? On my Samsung device it’s here:

Settings > General management > Reset > Reset Network settings

Hi yes done a factory reset not.working still indeed to speak to somebody ar customer care not responded sooner as I cannot get a signal thanks

How many bars of signal are typically showing? Is it everywhere you go, or is there ever good signal anywhere?

Same I have an iPhone 12 and as soon as I go indoors to any building I have no service
