I have been with ID mobile for some time now, i went to Amsterdam just under 2 weeks ago and ever since i’ve came back if i’m not connected to wifi my phone is not working. Even at home i’m on one bar of signal or even none, my data does not seem to be working as well as it used to. When i’m out i cannot send messages, nothing will load i cannot do anything, music won’t play. I have restarted my network settings and the service and data is still rubbish, i have turned data roaming off and on and off. I have turned airplane mode on and off. It is infuriating

Hey there
I have seen this previously happen before when a customer comes back from being abroad. I’d recommend getting a replacement SIM card to resolve this. You can get one via visiting any Currys store or via contacting us via our live-chat:
