signal issues

Hi, 3 samsung phones in our house all on id. 2 phones have a great signal but 1 is terrible. Any ideas to fix this? Sim in other phone works fine.

As @andewhite has kindly suggested, this does sound more like a faulty device. Where did you get this device from and when did you purchase it please?

Sounds like you might’ve answered your question, @Pitz.

If the SIM from the suspect handset works perfectly in both of the other handsets, then perhaps you’ve got one faulty or misconfigured device. 

What do Samsung say? I think there’s a field test app for Samsung phones in the Play Store (from Samsung).
