signal issues urgent calls to make

Hi I need to make calls to HMRC and citizens advice which are very urgent and I have no signal at my home or in my garden . Wifi calls dont seem to work with these numbers. I am at risk of legal action if I cannot call them so I need a provider that can give me signal at my home without incurring exit fees  of having to leave you because i cant make these calls

Hi @nancy alferoff, is the issue you’re having purely with phone calls? Are texts/data affected?

If you’re unable to make any calls at all, this may be related to our 3G switch off. We’d recommend following all the steps in the article below:
