iv signed up for a monthly plan and I have been sent emails about everything but I haven’t got a sim and I haven’t had an email to tell me when I’m getting one. So I’m paying for something I can’t use atm!

If you require a replacement SIM we can get one sent out.
The other option is to collect one from your local Curry’s store which is quicker.
