Hi

 

iv signed up for a monthly plan and I have been sent emails about everything but I haven’t got a sim and I haven’t had an email to tell me when I’m getting one.  So I’m paying for something I can’t use atm!

If you require a replacement SIM we can get one sent out.

The other option is to collect one from your local Curry’s store which is quicker.

Maybe get yourself a replacement SIM card, @Matthew Wainwright

How if I don’t have one to replace. I’m a new customer. I should be informed when it’s arriving.

Okay @Matthew Wainwright, I’m just a forum member like yourself.

iD use Royal Mail 1st Class post to fulfil SIM orders, and also advise SIM orders take 3-5 working days for delivery (from their date of dispatch). Tracking is not used for SIM orders.

Nice.  Yeah just not a good start not being with emails they have sent.

Other forum topics appear to suggest Royal Mail may sometimes fail to deliver SIM card orders.

However, you should still be able to get a replacement SIM, @Matthew Wainwright.
