Ordered a replacement card as mine got lost, 3/4 weeks ago and I have been told they will take out the money out for my plan, do you think I could have 1 soon as I have missed a few appointments.

So you need to click on this link and follow the instructions

 

There also appears to be another method too,

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/activate-sim-outside

You would need to click on the Yes, I am (there should then be a green dot next to the box) using your existing account. This one then should take you to the correct section.

You should have received your replacement SIM within 5 working days, so something has clearly gone wrong.

If you’re able, please try contacting iD via their Live Chat facility

They have an automated system, known as a bot, but if you start the chat with:

Hi

(let it respond)

Speak to person

It should put you in touch with a member of their staff

Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday,  and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

 

The other alternative is to wait until a member of staff (on here) makes contact with you by replying on this page.

I had ro go to Currys in Great Western Road and got a new one now I have to activate it.

Erm, have a look at another few replies Izzy made on another thread. It really hasn’t gone well at all

And I’ve no clue if she ever managed to get her SIM working in her phone.

I did try though!🤔
