I am a new ID subscriber, I received my SIM card two weeks ago, which is still not activated, although it says that I don't need to do anything, the SIM card is already activated. But unfortunately it is not.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Imis2025    

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
