SIM card has not arrived


it has been 10 days and i do not have a SIM card. i am basically paying for a service i can’t use! 

please help me. why there is no number i can call i don’t understand. this is literally a phone company! not a great user experience as a new customer

If you have some documentation why not pop in to local Currys, who can also issue id’s SIMS.

thanks - it would be an option but i live in a rural location and the nearest Curry’s is by no means local. i was hoping someone from ID would respond and organise a new SIM to be sent out.
