I tried to create a lock code for my sim card on my iphone and now the sim card has locked me out as I put in the wrong passcode when creating the sim card lock code (thinking the phone was requesting the puk code I had just created - I think it wanted my phone passcode to finalise the puk code locking process). It is now saying I need a puk code to use the sim card. I need my phone for work what is the quickest way to do this please. Many thanks.
