Had an e-mail from id mobile to say switch over complete after a delay.

But I can't make or receive calls and no data.

Sim unrecognised.

Help please

Does your iD SIM work in a different phone, ​@Lesley Docherty

If not, it may somehow be damaged or faulty.

Yes the sim came out my old phone fine.

Everything has transferred over fine.

But I can't make or receive calls and no data.

Thanks for getting in touch. 

Has the switch over happened today? If so, this can take up to 10pm to complete on the day. 

Please can you try a manual network search on the handset?
