My partner has replaced his Doro with 4g compatible,have put sim card in but gets message to put sim card in have tried repeatedly but nothing seems to work,phone is unlocked - any ideas???

hi both phones not working for 2 days but now functioning could be changeover 3g-4g???

thanks for your response but big down side to id you can’t speak to a human their service is awful!!!

Is the issue only with calls, or is it not working at all please?

 

In terms of speaking to a human, that’s certainly not the case. We have agents working on Facebook, Twitter, our live-chat (The bot is only at the start before passing you onto an agent), and here on Community.

 

Although we’re an online only business, we have agents working on all platforms and can help the exact same as on the phone. I do appreciate some customers prefer a phone-call however, so we apologise if that’s the case, but we’re more than happy to help via our platforms.
